My Trove provides digital tools that allow users to catalog, organize, manage, and optionally share personal belongings and collections, including through image uploads, barcode scanning, and automated recognition features. My Trove is not a marketplace, broker, dealer, appraiser, authenticator, insurer, or escrow provider. We do not verify items listed or cataloged by users.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. You may not impersonate others or create accounts using false identities. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
The Service may be offered as a paid app and may include paid features or subscriptions. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by app stores or payment processors, and refunds are governed by the applicable app store's refund policies. We may change pricing or introduce paid features at any time.
You may upload photos, item images, descriptions, collection data, item displays, profile information, and comments. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant My Trove LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, analyze, adapt, and display User Content solely for operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to upload your content, your content does not infringe copyrights or trademarks, does not violate privacy or publicity rights, and is not illegal or harmful.
If you mark content as public, other users may view, copy, or share it. Cached or archived versions may persist after deletion. We cannot control third-party reuse of public content.
The Service may use automated systems and third-party tools to analyze uploaded images and barcodes. Recognition results may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying item information.
We do not verify authenticity, ownership, value, rarity, legality, or condition of any items. All item information is user-provided or algorithmically generated and may be incorrect.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts at our sole discretion and without notice.
You may not upload infringing or illegal content, harass users, impersonate others, scrape or extract data, run bots or automation, reverse engineer the Service, or spam or solicit users.
We do not guarantee permanent storage of User Content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your collection data. We are not liable for loss of content or data.
All Service software, branding, logos, and design are owned by My Trove LLC or its licensors. No reuse without written permission.
To report copyright infringement, contact . We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, recognition, scanning, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or recognition correctness.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, My Trove LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify My Trove LLC against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violations of law or the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.
